![]() ![]() Ok, first of all I love the idea of the game and i really like the gameplay, but it's so hard to play consitently. I want make it clear that I really do enjoy this game, it that the matches I keep getting is making it a very frustrating game to play right now. ![]() I feel like a simple solution to this is two things need to happen 1) Make bots move faster/ tackle opponents more, 2) People that quit matches should get lose/ fans reduction maybe a time lockout where you can't play (must be logged into game for timer to countdown ) for people that rage quit alot. If I get a real team usually this happens :1) They refuse to shoot for 1pt instead only going for 3pt or 5pt, 2) Rage quit / stop trying after opponents score a point early in game, 3) Will not pass wind up getting knocked down, 4) Go around long way to each checkpoint every time, 5) Will not try to tackle opponents. Match making is complete nightmare, I usually get paired up with players new to game or two bots against other team with players know what they are doing, so it becomes a 3 on 1 handicap match. Hosted by 44 Bytes.I am now 66k player, 410 matches into the game and it is turning a complete disaster of a game. © 2022 Hookshot Media, partner of ReedPop. GTA Online Weekly Update: 7th October, 2022 PS4 to PS5: All Games with Confirmed Free Upgrades PS5 Stock: Where to Buy PlayStation 5 and When in October. New PS5, PS4 Games This Week (10th October to 16th October) The game will be a free-to-play title upon launch, so expect battle pass-esque progression (you earn fans in lieu of XP), microtransactions for cosmetic items, and an evolving lineup of ways to play. That's about it, but you can also customise your character with all sorts of clothes, skates, helmets, and more. There's also the Skatepark, which is a friendly area occupied by six players where you can practice your moves. In the beta, you can play standard 3v3 or limited timed events, such as 2v2. ![]() It feels like a game that you can play both casually or competitively, and that's backed up by regular and ranked matches. What's clear is that the skill ceiling is fairly high there are hidden mechanics, like pushing X to jump straight after a tackle to perform an uppercut, or doing mid-air tricks. Scoring a goal after storming a lap or two feels great, and if you and your team coordinate to claim victory with a dominant three-lap run, even better. ![]() When the game is flowing as it should, with the ball being passed between teammates and opponents doing all they can to interrupt you, it feels fantastic. The first team to reach five points wins. Here's the other other thing: if your opponents manage to get the ball from you, your progress is nullified. Here's the thing: one lap gets you one point, two laps is worth three points, and three laps or more gets you five. Once you've made at least one round trip, the goal will open and you can score. It needs to make it around the oval-shaped arena at least once, meaning you and your teammates need to keep the ball in your possession as you lap the stage. The classic mode features two teams of three vying for control of the ball. It's perhaps a little more complicated than Epic's football-with-cars juggernaut, but once you're in the action, all becomes clear. We've been playing the closed beta test on PlayStation 4 - well, PS5 via backwards compatibility, technically - and it has that immediacy you want from a game like this. You only need to play it for a minute to understand what it's trying to do, and from our experience, it has the potential to score big when it finally launches. Like Rocket League, you can boil it down to just a few words it's a sort-of blend of roller derby and basketball. Since its announcement, Roller Champions has had a clear concept. ![]()
